Tony Bailey has been involved with generators since 1987 under the name Phoenix Power and Equipment, Phoenix power soon became the leading force in the supply, service and repair of Japanese generators in the UK.
With the help of Honda, Kawasaki and Yamaha, Phoenix power became top independent distributor.
Such was the passion Tony had for his work he was soon to be used as the main diagnostic centre for Honda and Kawasaki.

Contracts for major businesses in the UK included BBC east midlands, Central TV, Trent FM, Ram FM, Derbyshire Police and The environment agency to name but a few.

In 1999 Phoenix power was sold in order for Tony to pursue other business ventures but Tony was still actively involved with repairs and diagnostics of generators.

In order to keep up with the advances in computer technology Tony spent a few years in IT, then took a part time job at a local college teaching IT. This website is a product of the skills he gained while teaching. This web site was designed to be easy to navigate and the pages clear to read.

Today Tony still has the passion for Generators with his main passion being in fault diagnostic. He will not let a problem go until it has been resolved, hence the repairs he carries out are done to the relevant manufacturers specification.
